Happiness is accepting who you are, not who you wish to be.
Happiness is what you are, not what you have.
Happiness is not a destination, it’s a (life) journey one has to enjoy.
Happiness is not tomorrow, it is now.
Happiness is when your soul is at peace.

Simple steps

  1. Think about positive things. (more positive than negative).
  2. Happiness is in the small and little things.. Time with family, reading a good book, listening to nice music, enjoying a movie.
  3. Do things that make you happy and doing more of that.
  4. A Random Act of Kindness.
  5. Brisk 30 minute walk atleast three times a week
  6. Meditate or Self discovery
